Around twenty five years ago, the finishing touches were being put to a purpose-built residential care home. Nestling behind St Mary's Church in the small country town of Sturminster Newton, Nazareth Lodge was designed to become one of the leading care homes in the whole of Dorset.

Its location was carefully chosen; close to the town center and shops yet quietly situated in its own landscaped gardens. South facing terrace, idyllic views - Nazareth Lodge really does have pride of place in the town!

Today, under the ownership and personal supervision of Camilla Trimble, the home has a reputation for having created a warm, friendly and caring atmosphere in ideal surroundings. This is reflected in Miss Trimble's personal philosophy about the care home:
